Take the leap and join us on your journey towards success.ADVENT is coming to the Dayton area early this fall and want you to be a part of it!How You'll Make an Impact:Perform computerized tomography sinus CT scans (training will be provided on our equipment)Manage record-keeping, audits, and quality controlCollaborate closely with our clinical team, including MDs, PAs, and MAsPrepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process and ensuring proper positioning for precise imagingOversee inventory and the ordering of medical suppliesEngage in general tasks such as taking patients' medical history, rooming patients, preparing exam rooms, and ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of medical instrumentsParticipate in cross-training to gain insight into multiple functions within the clinicWhat We're Seeking in a Radiologic Technologist:Graduation from a Radiology or CT Tech programRegistered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)Prior experience in a clinical settingStrong communication skills and exceptional attention to detailProficiency with computers and electronic medical recordsAbility to multitask and collaborate effectively within a teamWillingness to assist with medical assisting and other responsibilities when not working in CTPossession of a valid driver's licenseAvailability to work 32-40 hours per week, benefit eligibleWhy You Should Choose ADVENT:Immerse yourself in a culture that champions excellence and ethical healthcare, where questioning and finding solutions are celebratedEnjoy generous benefits, including paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, and a 401k contributionBenefit from a convenient schedule, leaving your weekends and evenings free to enjoy.
