Job Title: Die Cut AssistantAt Pratt Industries, we're looking for a skilled Die Cut Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rotary die cutters.Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate die cutters, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Inspect anilox rolls for damage and recommend improvements to operations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize die cutting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure all bolts on cutting dies are securely in place and tightly secured.Requirements:
    • Experience working with die cutting equipment and machinery.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
