Title:--Acquisition Security Support (Senior) Job Location: Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton OH. Primary Function(s) * Assist with providing a wide range of security management, analytical, technical and support services for programs managed by AFLCMC/WI and AFLCMC/WIS * Provide technical security services relative to the development, acquisition, and sustainment of aeronautical weapon systems, subsystems, and associated support systems. * Assist with program protection, technology control, protection of-- For Official Use Only (FOUO) --information, and other information requiring protection ensuring compliance with related DoD and AF instructions (e.g., DoD 5220.22-M, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual). Job Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to: * Assist by providing support to the Directorate---s Security operations * Experience preparing Program Protection Plans, Anti-Tamper Plans, Security Classification Guides, and OPSEC Plans * Assist by preparing and coordinating security-related briefing materials * Provide security-related technical assistance to the Directorate for briefings, meetings, and conferences. * Assist by recording and tracking security program action items, suspenses, and processes * Assist with ensuring compliance with the Security Education and Motivation Program for program briefed personnel * Assist with developing and implementing unique program in-briefings for all newly assigned personnel, as well as, for those out-processing from the program * Assist with providing classification management guidance to AFLCMC/WI and subordinate units for assigned Programs * Assist with the development of security requirements into contractual commitments * Administratively assist with coordination of DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification * Assist with electronic files management, records management, and file plan management * Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare security-related spreadsheets, briefings, figures, graphics, tables, forms, and documents * Assist with preparation and maintenance of security program documentation and briefing materials Minimum Qualifications: Senior: * Master---s degree and minimum ten (10) years of experience. * A minimum of twelve (12) years of work experience in a field relevant to their functional area may be substituted for a Master---s * Or a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience plus a Bachelor---s degree relevant to their functional area may be substituted for a Master---s * A minimum of five (5) years--- experience must have been performed on federal Government acquisition programs/projects * Top Secret clearance required. Preferred Qualifications: Senior: * Capable of working on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and shall be able to independently perform the most complicated and technical support tasks relevant to all tasks in PWS that relate to functional discipline * Must have experience and capability to support the assigned tasks and lead journeymen and junior level support personnel The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
