Call Center Representative

FIRST DAY TRAINING: 8:30 AM " 5:00 PM. (Training is approximately
10 business days) After training contractor will move to normal
shift - HOURS OF OPERATION: 9:00 AM " 7:00 PM Monday " Friday; 9:00
AM " 6:00 PM on Saturday. NOTE: We are also open holidays with the
exception of Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day. Candidate would need
to be available to work during any of these hours but would only be
assigned to a regular 8 hr. shift. Call Center Representative needs
1-2 years call center experience Call Center Representative
requires: Customer service , 2 years 50 WPM Basic Optic helpful
Call Center Representative duties; Provide excellent customer
service by communicating effectively Places orders and checks
status of orders.- Participates in assigned projects within and
outside the department.
