Position SummaryThe College Credit Plus (CCP) Coordinator of Operations position is a key data and operations position within the College Credit Plus Office. This position is critical to ensuring that--CCP--student information for state billing, state compliance reporting and school partnership data sharing is accurate and timely. This role will also manage the--CCP--High School Administrator Portal. This position is also key to the daily operations of the office and managing the influx of required documentation supporting the application process, approving and troubleshooting student applications, timely reporting to internal departments and gathering data to disperse to our community and high school partners. Principal AccountabilitiesManage and facilitate the--CCP--High School Administrator Portal to include the following:Management of the PortalAdding and deleting users as neededReview any needed reminders and announcements for high school partnersEnsure each high school page has the appropriate logo's and dataProvide training for both internal and external users Management of High School Tasks:High school counselor application approval systemCourse Building InformationCourse Rosters/Student Registration Management of--CCP--Data Analytics:Ensure high school VA Tool views are generating properly and operating correctlyUpload Compliance reporting for high schools to review Coordinate with the--CCP--Coordinator of Pathways during peak times of application processing, student registration and billing periods to ensure that information is processed accurately and timely Manage data corrections for--CCP--state billing Serve as the--ODDEX--reporting liaison for verification in the state system Prepare the--CCP--Data reports for school districts and prepare any Sinclair data reports in addition to the Admin Portal VA screens Requirements----Bachelor Degree requiredMinimum of 3 years work experience in database management, Client Relations Management systems, or related field requiredExperience in higher education preferredMust be able to use ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated evidence of excellent customer service skills requiredAbility to demonstrate utilization of technology to support students, create reports, and track student progress requiredAbility to organize and synthesize data for decision making purposes requiredAbility to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks, while maintaining attention to detail, and meeting deadlines requiredAbility to maintain confidentiality and ethical work practices required
