If you love technology and want a career making a difference supporting meaningful Air Force and DOD programs than Stellar Innovations is the company for you.Job Summary:* Answering phone calls from users* Responding to Helpdesk emails from users* Creating tickets to track issues reported* Resolve Tier 1 Helpdesk issues, and assign tickets for Tier 2 and 3 issues to correct teams* In-processing of new employees* Updating PowerPoint slides for weekly meetings* Annual verification of user accounts and their paperworkSecondary Duties:* Maintain records for IT equipment and accurately track in the internal database* Assist new users in obtaining IT equipment* Assist users with iPhone and iPad user and technical support* Issue receipts to users that are assigned IT equipment to establish responsibility* Label all IT equipment according to established AF guidelines* Move IT hardware for existing users changing locations and ensure connection at new location* Recover unused IT equipment from vacant desks and transport to proper storage areas* Transport IT hardware between storage locations as required* Replace printer consumables such as toner, fusers, and transfer unitsEducation and Experience* Requires an Associate's Degree from an accredited college/university. Four (4) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience including at least two (2) years in technically related areasREQUIRED Training/Certifications And Clearances* Secret Security Clearance required to start* CompTIA Security+ CertificationSIS, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
