Come join our team!Essential Functions* Ability to run various machines in the Lamination operation, for example, but not limited to winders, CMM equipment, automated cutters, different lamination machines, etc---* Ability to use a microscope, calipers, micrometers, eye loops, rulers to measure critical dimensions per the router (DJ).* Ability to run CMM programs after on the job training.* Responsible for 100% of inspection of own work.* Miscellaneous duties as required.* Ability to set up a lamination machine and verify set up was completed per the router (DJ). Set up may require use of magnifying equipment to complete.* Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, router (DJ), bill of materials (BOM), blueprints.* Ability to complete quality inspections at start of run, end of run, and throughout the production run to achieve documented results.Requirements* Excellent eye/hand coordination.
