The candidate must have the following:* Associates degree in electrical engineering or related field (preferred)* Basic knowledge of PLCs (preferred)* Journeyman status or equivalent expe rience (preferred) or high electromechanical aptitude* There are multiple positions in 2 nd shift and 3 rd * Guaranteed bonus of $1500 in November with additional variable money available* Overtime availableJob Requirements:* Performing preventive maintenance on equipment* Learn to repair and how maintain food service cooking equipment* Perform tank and equipment maintenance* Identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs* Maintain and repair heating and cooling systems* Troubleshoot residential and light commercial equipment* Discuss account and project milestones* Replace or repair defective parts* Identifying equipment parts and components that are required to repair and maintain equipment* Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install equipment* Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures* Complete maintenance and repair records updates* Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds* Perform maintenance and service repairs on commercial Refrigeration, HVAC, and other equipment within the commercial service environment* Monitor the following areas of repair* Make service calls to customer homes and provide with expert troubleshooting and repair service to a variety of equipment, particularly heating systems* Removing tires for retreading or repair* Used in the repair of heating and air conditioning equipment in residential and light commercial buildings* Test each system after service/repair* Achieve annual and monthly sales goals
