This position receives guidance and direction from the Director of Operations of a designated operational center. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Handle a team of approximately 75 staff including supervisors working from physical and remote locationsEnsures daily operational standards are met for each lines of business assigned.Ensures sufficient staffing for operational areas to provides accurate and timely service to customers meeting service level standards.Understands Lean principles and goals and ensures lean changes are being adhered to.Oversees service level requirements; translates into process requirements and performance metrics Supports company mandates changes.Gathers and analyzes data related to quality, efficiency, equipment utilization and staffing levels---Other tasks duties and responsibilities as assigned.---Review issues reported by customer and respond with analysis and actions to correct at the earliest---Participate in calls with customer on periodic basis to review operational details such as inventory and service levels---Maintain and disseminate daily production reports to both internal and external stakeholders---Ensure process efficiency goals are being tracked and reported for each employee at the site---Coordinate with local facility managers for upkeep and any issues arising out of the operating physical facility Key Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good PC skills required.Good Microsoft Office skills required.Ability to manage multiple priorities. Minimum Qualifications H.S. diploma requiredMinimum of 6-8 years operational experienceMinimum of 3 years supervisory experience Additional Desired Qualifications ---Experience in managing claims processing operations---Experiencing in managing mailroom or similar operations---Experience in managing remote working teams Applicable security roles & responsibilities ---Responsible for adhering to Exela monthly security surveys to keep the facility compliant with industry standards
