Building Maintenance

Position Overview: Responsible for performing maintenance & repairs related to building, grounds, and equipment, according to safety, predictive and preventive maintenance systems while supporting the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

* Follow job instructions, PMs, assist other maintenance personnel, and production personnel in troubleshooting, repair, building and grounds.
* Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures, switches, outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, and minor appliances, cords using appropriate hand, power, and speciality tools.
* Perform HVAC PM's & filter maintenance.
* Performs minor plumbing maintenance to include repair of leaks, unclogging of drains and running/installing new air or water lines.
* Performs cleaning and general facility janitorial duties regularly.
* Performs drywall repair and painting using a brush, roller, and spray cans to
