  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Be available to take phone calls.
  • Actively work (incidents and tasks) in queue providing resolution.
  • Provides information for escalated issues and users.
  • Works in tandem with the other IT Service Desk members.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Scheduled work hours are from 12PM - 9PM EST. -QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have: - - - - -
    • An Associates degree in an IT-related field or -2-4 years of previous help desk or service desk experience will be considered in lieu of education.
    • 0-2 years of previous help desk or service desk experience.
    • A+/Net+ Certification.
    • An outstanding Customer Service Skills.
