with, Tier 2 and other various technical teams, to deliver quality
service and systems to Serco employees. - The team provides

this role, you will:
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Be available to take phone calls.
- Actively work (incidents and tasks) in queue providing
resolution.
- Provides information for escalated issues and users.
- Works in tandem with the other IT Service Desk members.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and
procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to
perform the functions of the job.
- Scheduled work hours are from 12PM - 9PM EST. -QualificationsTo
be successful in this role, you will have: - - - - -
- An Associates degree in an IT-related field or -2-4 years of
previous help desk or service desk experience will be considered in
lieu of education.
- 0-2 years of previous help desk or service desk
experience.
- A+/Net+ Certification.
- An outstanding Customer Service Skills.
