Job Description:

Basic Function of Position:Responsible for maintaining all plant equipment in a safe and sufficient manner.Duty/ResponsibilityTroubleshoot and repair all plant equipment as required.Maintain preventative maintenance programs on all plant equipment including the front end, wash line, bottle sorters, flake sorters, etc.Maintain preventative maintenance programs on all auxiliary equipment including boiler, air compressors, material handling equipment, etc.Maintain lubrication programs on all equipment.Complete required maintenance reports.Responsible for reporting and documenting all necessary maintenance repair items, required process improvements and safety concerns to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager.Responsible for communicating spare parts requirements to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager.Responsible for maintaining the spare parts room.Responsible for housekeeping within the maintenance areas.Follow all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Follow all applicable company and plant Quality, Safety, and Housekeeping rules. • PLC Troubleshooting Skills
• Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Hydraulics Experience
• Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment
• Experience in a Manufacturing EnvironmentMachines & technologies you'll use:
  • Extrusion Machine
