If you are a Project Coordinator professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Sidney, OH location, you will work closely with the HVAC-R engineering and associated lab teams and will oversee procurement activities that support project hardware builds, lab operations, and varying office needs. Will work in a dynamic environment that requires a significant level of self-initiative and the ability to seek out the necessary collaboration for the execution of projects, often with strict schedule timelines.AS A PROJECT COORDINATOR YOU WILL:Procure, track and distribute hardware, tooling, and consumables for HVACR engineering and associated lab teams.Work closely with external suppliers, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics to support engineering and lab objectives.Track and report Expense card and purchase order activitySupport capital procurement activitiesMonitor and communicate changes in supplier lead times material availability to support engineering and lab objectives.Oversee company truck usage and associated expenses (fuel, maintenance, etc.)Seek out continuous improvement opportunities to improve lead times and streamline processes.WHO YOU ARE:You readily act on challenges, without unnecessary planning, and display a can-do attitude.
