• Conduct a site survey with company-provided tools and equipment.
• Document site with a camera using company app.
• Effectively and professionally communicate with the customer to inform them of your process and timeline.
• Prompt and regular communication with Ion Solar's scheduling team.Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Proficient math skills to calculate the number of materials needed.
  • Ability to use ION technology, such as Paycom, FieldPro, Salesforce, and smartphones
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and be willing to submit to a Motorized Vehicle ReportEducation and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Basic knowledge of roofing and construction: materials involved, roof types and terms, etc.
    • Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems and associated vocabulary.Physical Requirements:
      • Must be able to work at heights.
      • Physically able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.
      • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
      • Must use earplugs around loud equipment and wear gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear.Compensation/Benefits:
