Job Description Summary Midwest manufacturer is seeking a creative and hard working ERP Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of the company's ERP system including operations, customization, integration, and documentation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users
• Meet with various departments to better understand data needs and how to deliver those requirements from various data sources
• Manage projects while completing deliverables and keeping stakeholders informed
• Develop testing for new releases of ERP versions prior to use in a production environment
• Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design,develop and maintain automated workflow processes
• Interface with the application developers and maintain current knowledge of new system capabilities
• Troubleshoot cloud to cloud integration issues

    • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with work experience supporting a strong knowledge of business processes and technical capability
    • 4+ years experience using Epicor Kinetic version 10 or higher including BPMs, reporting, customization, and BAQs
    • Experience developing dashboards and reports using BI tools
    • Proficiency tracking projects and maintaining or creating documentation
    • Experience supporting Epicor Kinetic SaaS preferred
    • Highly creative thinking drawing on multiple disciplines
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing
    • Self-motivated and driven
