UP TO $20/HR 2 WEEKS PTO AND PAID HOLIDAYS OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT PAY RAISE AFTER 90 DAYS LAID BACK ENVIRONMENT Description:They will be cutting rubber pieces into sizes based on the SOP and measures. Will be taking adhesives to glue each rubber piece according to the blue print and the laser etched designs and holes and inserts on the wood rotary die. Will read from instructions both on screen and paper. Utilize tape measure for measurements. Inserting rule (knife/razor) into the die board using automated rule bending machine, sometimes requires hand "finish bending" with numerous pneumatic and/or hand tools. The knife is secured into a die by pounding it with a mallet. It's like assembling a large cookie cutter, following blue prints.Once all gluing done then will take the die and place on testing fixture. Screw and bolt it in - run the tester and then un screw the bolt. Will then hang it once completed if it passes on the finished die rack.
