Commercial Lines department is currently seeking a system support
analyst to provide assistance to internal & external associates and
agencies with minor technical and workflow questions related to
Commercial Lines operating systems including, but not limited to,
e-CLAS CPP, Enterprise Workbench, Enterprise Document Manager,
Predictive Model, MVR Database and Sales Proposal applications. Pay
Range\: System Support Analyst I is Hourly \: The pay range for
this position is $21.63 - $28.85 hourly. The pay determination is
based on the applicant's education, experience, location,
knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also
receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company
and individual performance. System Support Analyst II is ---
Salary\: The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000
annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's
education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities.
Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock

- assist users with questions regarding any of the applications
listed above
- develop favorable working relationships with agents and company
personnel
- assist the e-CLAS Development team by testing changes/new
coverages, submitting customer support incidents for scripts or
fixing production policies
- analyze and monitor existing workflow processes, adjusting as
necessary
- provide assistance to the Quality Assurance Group as
necessary
- attend daily multi-departmental meetings
- communicate with Technical Support, Development and CLD as
necessary
- investigate policy issues/defects including reporting problems
to Technical Support and Development teams.
- test defects and correct policies as necessary after production
builds
- perform work in an orderly and timely manner
- carry out additional duties as assigned
- ability to participate in special projects
- assist in the development of training materials, procedures and
examples
- ability to organize and facilitate meetings Qualification:
Be equipped with\:
- basic knowledge and understanding of coverage forms,
departmental procedures, guidelines and manuals
- possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft
Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- ability to learn and master new technical programs including,
but not limited to, BMC Remedy, Enterprise Workbench, EDM, e-CLAS
CPP or MVR Database
- encouraged to pursue further continuing education
- good oral and written communication skills
- good organizational skills with attention to detail
- ability to adapt to change & multi-task
- self-motivated; able to work independently and within a team
environment
- ability to prioritize workflow to be results oriented, meeting
all deadlines
- strong decision making skills
- familiarity with all non-CLD departments
- participate in diagnosing system emergencies including
communications with CLD management of problems, resolutions and
