Job Description:

We currently have an opening for a full-time -Shipping and Receiving Clerk -with a -Class B CDL. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for maintaining the company's high food quality and safety standards. This is a full time permanent position that offers a competitive hourly rate, plus benefits (health insurance, dental, vision, PTO and referral program).
Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Complete customer orders per BOL and SOP
  
• Unload, stage, and move trucks
  
• Ensure products loaded on trucks are delegated to the correct courier (load)
  
• Assist in other areas as needed and performing duties as assigned
  
  Knowledge Required:
  
  
  

• 
  
• Review paperwork to determine what must be loaded on trucks
  
• Review case/pallet labels to determine what product is loaded
  
• Complete SOP (load description) to define what was actually loaded
  
• Complete basic math to compute numbers of cases (skid and case quantities)
  
  
  Physical Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Experience with forklift and walkie-rider pallet trucks
    
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
    
  • Secure loads to ensure no damage during shipping
    
    Schedule: -2nd shift, Monday-Friday with some weekends. Overtime is available.
