The Dayton division has recently been named as one of only five prime awardees for the 10-year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio. Epsilon is looking for a qualified candidate to conduct OPIR analysis at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center.

Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Plan and conduct OPIR intelligence exploitation and production.
--- Analyze sensor derived OPIR data and produce applicable written and graphic reports.
--- Support development of new applications and processes.
--- Support multiple phases of OPIR Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED).
--- Complete rapid tasks as needed.
--- Maintain and/or manage multiple databases.
--- Operate independently or as part of an intelligence production team.
--- Prepare and present briefings on analysis findings and assist in task planning.

Required Qualifications:
--- High School degree and military technical training or equivalent.
--- 1-3 years of OPIR experience.
--- Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to maintain clearance.
--- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
--- General understanding of OPIR analysis and/or production.
--- Effective writing and communications skills.

Desired Qualification
--- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of OPIR experience.
--- Computer programming languages.
--- Data management.
--- Familiar with ArcGIS, Google Earth, SOCET GXP, COMET, Remote View, MatLAB, MIST, ENVI, AGITK, and/or GETS.
--- NASIC production experience. ADA Notations:
--- Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
--- Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
--- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
--- Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.
--- Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
