Cumberland Farms ('Cumby's') is seeking a dynamic Store Manager
to lead our retail operations in Westborough, MA. At Cumby's, we're

loyalty. The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store
operation, from managing staff and optimizing inventory to
maintaining the unique Cumby's standard of customer service. If

day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company
policies and procedures. Hire, train, and develop store staff to

Maintain the appearance and functionality of the store, ensuring a
clean and welcoming environment. Analyze store performance data to
drive sales and improve profitability. Build and maintain strong
relationships with customers, fostering a community of repeat
visitors. Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising
strategies. Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety
regulations. Strong leadership and motivational skills Excellent
verbal and written communication Analytical and problem-solving
abilities Proficient in retail management software Adaptability to
a fast-paced environment Customer service excellence Medical
