Responsibilities: As a Business Employee Management Sales Specialist, you will promote Reynolds and Reynolds' solutions that help streamline the process for employees within the HR and Business Offices of the dealership. These solutions are designed to aid in employee management, payroll, and the archiving of information. As a new associate to our sales team, you will take part in our nationally recognized training program and become a subject matter expert on your assigned set of solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to work in a state of the art Business Development Center using the same technology as the country's top news and sports networks. In this role, you will also partner with our field-based Account Managers to initiate, grow, and close sales. Our sales team has been an essential part of Reynolds' success over the last 150 years.
