An exciting opportunity exists to join One Source Logistics! We are seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven Sales Reps to join our sales team in our Blythewood, SC office. This position has an unlimited earning potential, which includes a base salary and uncapped commission opportunities.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The primary function of this position is selling customer freight solutions. This individual will be responsible for a high volume of customer interactions, including prospecting, cold-calling, closing deals and account management.

What you will do:

• Prospect for sales leads to build a strong customer pipeline
  
• Initiate sales and marketing calls to prospective or current clients
  
• Manage accounts to retain existing relationships
  
• Act as team lead for your customers and their transportation needs by identifying business, negotiating rates, and discussing expectations and services.
  
• Succeed at heavy price and service negotiation with customers and carriers.
  
• Work in conjunction with our current sales team, carrier management team and customer service reps in our growing logistics department
  What you need:
  
  • 1 year of successful sales experience, previous transportation/logistics sales experience is a plus
    
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a people person")
    
  • Proficiency with MS Office software; experience with Sales Automation and web based software programs
    
  • Ability to execute a vision, manages multiple priorities, and achieves results
    
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work history
