What has not changed is our emphasis on hard work and doing business the old-fashion way.Position DescriptionSales Representatives work in a call center environment. They work with A.M. Leonard's customers to place orders. These representatives will have target accounts that can also be managed privately.Essential FunctionsAnswer incoming calls with a high level of professionalism and demonstrate polite and respectful treatment of callers and in-person customersInput customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiencyMeet goals for call volume, call quality, and sales for inbound calls takenContinually monitor customer activity for managed accounts, proactively reaching out to reengage them in the sales process, as well introduce new products that would be of benefitSell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accountsExplain new features of products or new products and provide customers with product & service information
