The Position: Sales Development Representative - Outbound We are hiring for an aspiring Sales professional to join our team on a full-time, direct basis; in particular, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development team. This person will serve as our first line of contact with potential clients in developing business opportunities for STRATACACHE: the funnel for our sales professionals starts here! We use phone, email, video, social platforms, and other tools to reach out to our inbound and outbound leads this person is critical to ensuring that our leads are properly identified and qualified! If you are successful, then this will be the beginning of your journey into one of the greatest digital solutions companies on the planet! This will be a career move that can lead to several different paths: Business Development Representative, Lead Sales Development Representative, Marketing, Channel Sales, Enterprise Sales, Account Executive, etc. If you are successful in this role, then we will offer training and mentorship to advance your career accordingly! Core Responsibilities: Use proven sales methodology and outbound strategies to drive new opportunities
Articulate Stratacache's value proposition to prospect clients.
Set strategy calls for the Sales team.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to give insights on current issues facing prospect clients.
Take detailed notes / document activity in our CRM tool.
Track lead activity and manage your inbox effectively.
Meet (or exceed) monthly expectations for activity-based Key Performance Indicator [KPI] metrics.
Qualify inbound opportunities when directed by Manager.
Additional duties may be assigned, as needed.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required
Prior experience working in Inside Sales, Business Development, and/or Appointment-Setting is a plus but not required.
Adaptability to work on multiple campaigns in multiple vertical markets.
Ability to utilize basic office programs (i.e., MS-Office, Outlook, etc.).
Exposure to SalesForce CRM is a plus.
Exposure to Sales Engagement Platforms (i.e., Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.) is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Proven ability to work productively with various forms of coaching.
Proven ability to display Grit, Determination, and Professionalism in the workplace!
Proven ability to display a confident and success-driven demeanor with the ability to show results; experience working in an activity-driven environment is a plus!
High comfort level with Phone, Email, Video, and Social communication.
Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
