Responsibilities:

Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
--- Educate clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience
--- Be the authority on all things related to real estate and the selling/buying process

Qualifications:
--- Real estate license or Actively working to acquire license (We can help you get one!)
--- Energized by an open-ended compensation plan
