If you are looking to advance your career, join the KCF family where you can be a part of providing quality beef products to over 40 countries around the world.Basic FunctionThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for communicating and assisting with the needs of our customers and sales reps. This person must have a customer-focused mindset and an innate ability to respond to customers' expectations and requirements. Supports all business segments in regard to customer inquiries and acts as a liaison between customer service and operations. This position will work closely with the team to ensure there is consistent communication between the sales reps, customers, and operations.Responsibilities and Duties: Provides Best in Class Customer ServiceReceives, reviews and processes orders into ERP business systemRespond to incoming requests (phone and email) and assist customers by providing order status updates, shipping information and follow up detailsMaintains compliance to all departmental policies, procedures, and guidelinesCollaborate with internal departments as requiredRuns and updates departmental reports as well as shortages reports.Communicate opportunities and ontribute to continuous improvement activitiesAssist with Marketing/Managing POS, Customer Online Digital marketing needsManage show supplies and shipments for Sales Dept.Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills:High School Diploma required, Associates Degree a plusMinimum of 3 years in a customer service environment a plusProcess-oriented, proactive and customer-focusedIntermediate Microsoft Office skills requiredExcellent math skillsEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience preferredAbility to effectively communicate via email, phone, and virtual meansMust be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and have excellent follow up skillsRequirements:PI202156268
