Title: National Sales Representative, Single Family -

Description:As the National Sales Representative for single family
builders, you will prospect for high potential builders in new
markets by networking, lead follow-up, cold calling, advertising,
or other means of generating interest from potential clients. To be
successful as a National Sales Representative you should be an
driven self-starter who is able to build rapport with customers,
close sales and ultimately, drive sales growth.Responsibilities
include:
- Meet sales projections, generate ongoing sales opportunities,
and achieve company and individual KPI goals.
- Prospect for new business
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business
opportunities.
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences,
references, tradeshows, etc.
- Building business relationships with current and potential
clients.
- Attending industry tradeshows and product demonstrations.
- Maintaining information in Salesforce of all prospective client
information.
- Meeting all quotas for all activities (cold, active, inactive
calls, presentations, appointments, interviews, etc---).
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales activities using Salesforce
software.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and
forecasting.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and
operations.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the construction industry,
building science and remain up to date on industry education and
news.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Management,
Communication or Liberal Arts preferred
- Minimum of 3 years with demonstrated success in sales/business
development.
- Construction Industry experience a plus
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability
to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
- The ability to effectively work with cross-functional
teams.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced
environment
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a
