We have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Sales Coordinator in our Troy, Ohio manufacturing facility. In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:----- Act as the primary inside sales and customer service point of contact for all assigned dealers.
--- --Receive, analyze, interpret, and service customer's inquiries, correspondence, and telephone calls varying broadly in nature and scope. --
--- --Delegate order entry issues to assigned Order Entry Support Representative.
--- --Ensure that our dealers get order acknowledgements, advisement of order changes, shipping and delivery dates, price changes, terms of sale or other conditions in accordance with policies or other changes.
--- --Attract, establish, and land residential and commercial dealer business volume in assigned territories.
--- --Implement proactive sales, marketing and service programs with the intent of soliciting additional sales and to build business rapprt.
--- --Work closely with field sales personnel and DC Managers in order to maximize overall growth of the territory.
--- --Other duties as assigned.
