afternoon and evening hours 12:30-9PM, Monday-Friday PLUS Saturday (9am-7pm) - (1-day off during the week). Training Hours: 9:30am 6:00pm (roughly 2 weeks) Consumer Service Representative needs 1+ years' experience Consumer Service Representative requires: basic Microsoft applications ability to learn other computer software applications customer service excellent customer care, phone, communication and writing skills Consumer Service Representative duties: provides telephone and email support adapt to a floating work schedule. communicate effectively and professionally with customer via phone, email and potentially live chat. Investigate and answer customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, shipments, products and overall customer service. Explain pricing and insurance benefits. Place outbound telephone calls or composing outbound emails to follow-up with customers who have issues or concerns. Use up-sell and cross-sell techniques to maximize revenue.
