OverviewAlternate Solutions Health Network (ASHN) is looking for?a?Sales Operations Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional analytic and communication skills. ASHN expects to triple in size during the next 5 years through an expanded enterprise sales function and this newly created position supports the planned growth.?The Sales Operations Lead will have responsibility for establishing and maintaining the sales pipeline status, reporting on that status for the ASHN Executive Team, and preparing them for health system meetings by providing relevant background information and customizing presentation materials.?Our employees enjoy: Competitive Pay, Quarterly Bonuses, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(k) Match, Verizon Wireless Discount, Paid Time Off, and more!?Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain data sources to support business development goals. This includes finding relevant data sources, contracting with them to provide access for ASHN, and integrating data from multiple sources to produce insights.
  • Establish and maintain systems necessary to support sales operations activities e.g., health system data sources, sales pipeline, routine analytics, and advanced ad hoc analytics.
  • Model health system economics, based on substantial analysis and weighing multiple complex factors, to generate insight into a potential partner?s home health and hospice assets. Make final recommendations on health system partnerships based on this work.
  • Maintain a prioritized list of health system targets based on multiple data elements and criteria. Isolate and identify important criteria to prioritize, test each criteria?s relevance, and update the theory and prioritization model based on empirical results.
  • Manage sales pipeline data including current deal status.
  • Assess program effectiveness, determine methods to improve, and act to implement the required changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality in highly sensitive partnership negotiations.
  • Provide routine and ad hoc reporting on business development status.
  • Prepare presentations to support the business development team. This includes updating the standard materials to match a specific health system and creating new/custom presentation elements as required.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams ensuring work is completed on time and at the expected quality standard.
  • Other duties as assigned.QualificationsThe Sales Operations Lead will be an analytic thinker and bring at least 3 years of analytic experience with healthcare data. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of structuring data sources and performing analyses to support business objectives. Candidates must be detail oriented and at the same time be comfortable with the ambiguity necessary when data sources are imperfect. This analytic work requires working with ASHN teammates and frequently collaborating with external individuals to gather information, answer questions, present data, and make recommendations based on the analysis completed. As a result, the position requires a high energy, hands-on leader with strong communication skills.
    • HS diploma or equivalent
    • Strong analytic skills and experience with common analytic tools e.g., MS Excel required and SQL and business intelligence (Tableau or the equivalent) preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
    • Ability to use judgement to evaluate potential opportunities and interpret the intention behind actions of potential partners to properly define next steps
    • Ability to self-mange and create an efficient, disciplined environment that is highly responsive and outcomes oriented
    • An action-oriented style that approaches problem solving in a collaborative manner
    • An entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working within a nimble organizational culture
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to quickly establish rapport and credibility at all levels within an organization
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
