Job Description We have a rewarding part-time (20 hours) opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic in Indianapolis . In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Highlights: Manage only 10-13 patients per day (based on FTE) Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size) Focus on outcomes, NOT production Predictable M-F workweek No call Fewer administrative tasks $110,000 - $130,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement Qualifications: BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3 years) Procedure experience is a huge plus!
