This position will allow you to engage directly in projects that enhance our operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction across residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Oversee day-to-day operational activities within your assigned department, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Participate in extensive training to understand all aspects of energy services and leadership responsibilities. Lead projects aimed at improving customer service and operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior management to design and implement strategic plans for business growth and process improvement. Prepare analytical reports on department performance and market trends. Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs Understanding of regulatory requirements within the energy sector Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Certification in Energy Management (CEM) is a plus
