We are always looking for driven, enthusiastic people to join our team.Vice President, Business ServicesSummaryResponsible for the operational management and ongoing development of the Business Services Division. Manages the operation of contracts with federal government, state government, and private companies to provide employment opportunities for individuals who have disabilities or other needs. Services are provided within this division to assist division employees to achieve their maximum vocational potential, either within or outside Goodwill/Easterseals.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acquires new business by marketing the services available through this division of Goodwill/Easterseals. This includes identifying sources, preparing price quotes and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensures that all contracted work is completed, meeting timelines and quality standards of the customer.
  • Participates in development of agency strategic plan.
  • Develops annual goals for division, to meet agency's strategic objectives, and is responsible for meeting those goals.
  • Develops, implements and monitors an annual budget for division.
  • Maintains a positive relationship with customers.
  • Develops and implements quality control plans, work plans and frequency schedules.
  • Responsible for the acquisition, development, review and release of personnel for assigned departments.
  • Complies with all agency policies, procedures and safety standards and ensures safety training throughout areas supervised.
  • Operates in accordance with CARF standards, Department of Labor regulations, other regulatory standards, and the agency code of ethics.
  • Maintains a positive relationship with referral and funding organizations.

  • Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business or related field.Experience RequirementsBusiness operations experience preferred.Five to ten years of management experience is required.QualificationsMust maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's liability insurance provider.Maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.Skills & Abilities
