Job Description:

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Meijer, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily workings of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently in accordance to the company's standards and policies. Situated in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role requires a personable, motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and an ability to lead a team towards achieving operational excellence. The right candidate will serve as a pivotal player in our operational strategy, directly contributing to the success of Meijer's distribution of a wide range of products across multiple states. Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards. Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse personnel; manage work schedules and assignments. Optimize operational processes and procedures for improved efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely dispatch. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular checks, and report discrepancies or adjustments needed. Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe work environment at all times.
