As a Retail Remodel Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination and execution of store remodeling projects across various locations. This position requires a leader who is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and dedicated to achieving the highest standards of store presentation and layout as per the latest retail trends. Oversee and schedule the daily activities of the retail remodel team ensuring that all projects are executed to our standards. Liaise with store managers and other stakeholders to plan and implement store layouts that enhance customer shopping experience. Ensure that all remodeling projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety standards. Provide training and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to perform efficiently. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and relevant stakeholders. Handle any issues that might arise during the remodeling process promptly and effectively. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines Proficient in MS Office and project management tools Ability to read and understand construction and layout plans Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing retail environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset but not required. Any relevant certifications in retail management, interior design, or related fields will be considered a plus.
