We expect our General Managers to exemplify hospitality, inspiring team members to accomplish our mission. They must pay attention to every detail, as it impacts overall operations. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards in food quality, service, and fostering a positive team environment. Active involvement in the dining room and maintaining a pleasant, encouraging manner are essential.What we expect of you:

• Oversee the entire restaurant operation-front and back of house
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction
• Maintain menu adherence
• Strive to achieve company goals
• Oversee scheduling for all team members
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory in collaboration with the team
• Supervise ordering processes
• Develop management team and hourly staff
• Maintain high standards for food quality and service
• Set the standard for sincere hospitality towards team and guests

    • 2+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant experience as a General Manager
